SHIPPING & DELIVERY

“Order processing times” refer to the period from when we receive your order to when it is handed over to the shipping carrier. We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, ensuring that products are handed over to the carrier within 24 to 48 hours.

 

DELIVERY TIMES AND RATES

We ship all orders using UPS, FedEx, or DHL via their Express Service:

• Italy: Delivery in 1-2 working days

• Europe: Delivery in 1-2 working days

• Worldwide: Delivery in 2-3 working days

For items requiring a blessing, please note that blessings take place on Sundays, and shipments are dispatched by the following Wednesday, depending on the volume of orders to be processed.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are calculated during the checkout process.

No additional charges on arrival.

All our shipments are fully covered: customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are already included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be asked for any additional payments upon delivery.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

Once your package is handed over to the carrier, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number.
